Overview

This website is a public information site for Empower Financial Group. It exists to describe coaching services and to let you book an introductory conversation. It is deliberately simple, and most of what a website usually collects, this one does not.

What this website does not collect

• No account creation, sign-in, or user profiles.
• No contact forms. Nothing is submitted to this site.
• No cookies set by this site.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or behavioural profiling.
• No payment processing.

Booking a conversation

Every booking button on this site links to Calendly, an external scheduling service. When you use it, Calendly collects the details you enter, typically your name, email address, and the time you choose, and handles that information under its own privacy policy. That information reaches Empower Financial Group through Calendly, not through this website.

Hosting and technical logs

This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site, keep it available, and defend against abuse. Empower Financial Group does not use that data to identify or profile visitors.

Fonts

The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving them. No account or cookie from this site is involved. If you would prefer to avoid that request, browser settings or extensions that block third-party fonts will still leave the site readable.

Links to other sites

This site links to Calendly. Once you follow an external link, the privacy practices of that service apply rather than this policy.

Your choices

Because this website does not collect or store personal information, there is nothing held here for you to access, correct, or delete. If you have booked a conversation through Calendly and want details of that booking removed, contact Empower Financial Group and the booking record can be deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have further legal rights over personal information, and any such request will be considered.

Coaching engagements

This policy covers this website only. It does not describe how information shared during an actual coaching engagement is handled. Those arrangements are set out separately with each client.

Changes

If the site changes in a way that affects this policy, for example by adding a contact form or analytics, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
